80 Establishment of the Inventory

(1)

The Executive Director must establish and keep an inventory of industrial chemicals to be called the Australian Inventory of Industrial Chemicals.

(2)

Subject to Subdivisions A and B of Division 4 of Part 6, the terms of the Inventory listing for each industrial chemical that is listed on the Inventory must be made publicly available on the AICIS website.

Note:

Subdivisions A and B of Division 4 of Part 6 deal with approvals for information to be treated as confidential business information and not published.

The Inventory is not a legislative instrument.
