Industrial Chemicals Act 2019

The Executive Director may remove the Inventory listing for an industrial chemical if:

the Executive Director has completed an evaluation under Part 4 in relation to the introduction of the industrial chemical; and

the reason why the listing is to be removed;

the day the listing is proposed to be removed; and

do so at least 20 working days before the day mentioned in subparagraph (a)(ii).
