98 Varying the terms of a pre‑introduction report
(1)
A person who gives a pre‑introduction report to the Executive Director under section 97 may notify the Executive Director, in writing, of any variations to the pre‑introduction report.
(2)
The Executive Director must make any changes to the pre‑introduction report that are notified under subsection (1).
