40 Procedures of the Advisory Committee
(1)
The Advisory Committee may, subject to any direction given under subsection (2), determine its own procedures.
(2)
The Minister may give the Advisory Committee written directions about the Committee’s procedures.
(3)
A direction given under subsection (2) is not a legislative instrument.
