72 Functions of Executive Director relating to this Act etc
The Executive Director has the following functions:
(a)
to assist the Minister in the performance of the Minister’s functions, or the exercise of the Minister’s powers, under:
(i)
this Act; or
(ii)
the decision‑making principles; or
(iii)
the rules;
(b)
to collect and recover scheduling charge payable by a registered introducer for a registration year;
(c)
to perform any other functions conferred on the Executive Director by the rules.
