Meaning of industrial chemical

Industrial chemical is an industrial chemical within the meaning of section 10 of the Industrial Chemicals Act.

(2)

To avoid doubt, this Act only applies in relation to an industrial chemical to the extent that the industrial chemical is used, or proposed to be used, for an industrial use (within the meaning of the Industrial Chemicals Act).
