32AEA Information sharing with Ministers

(1)

To avoid doubt, the Inspector‑General may share information or documents about the Inspector‑General’s exercise of powers, or performance of functions or duties, with:

(a)

the Attorney‑General; and

(b)

a responsible Minister for a Commonwealth agency, if the information or documents relate to the Commonwealth agency.

(2)

The information or documents may be about the exercise of powers, or performance of functions or duties, whether that exercise or performance is ongoing or has been completed.
