70 Disclosing information to the Executive Director
(1)
The Inspector may disclose protected information to the ATSB if:
(a)
the ATSB requests the Inspector to do so under subsection (2); and
(b)
the Inspector believes that any adverse effect that the disclosure may have on a current or future inquiry under this Act is outweighed by the public interest served by disclosing the information to the ATSB.
(2)
The ATSB may request the Inspector to disclose protected information to the ATSB if it considers that the Inspector has the information and that the information is relevant to an investigation that is being conducted by the ATSB.
