30 General insurer or authorised NOHC ceasing to exist
(1)
If APRA is satisfied that a general insurer or authorised NOHC has ceased to exist, APRA must ensure that notice of that fact is published in the Gazette.
(2)
The authorisation under section 12 or 18 (as the case may be) of the insurer or NOHC is taken to be revoked when the Gazette notice is published.
