62G Delegation
Powers under this Part may be delegated as follows:
APRA’s powers may be delegated under section 15 of the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority Act 1998;
an inspector may, by signed instrument, delegate his or her powers to:
an APRA member or an APRA staff member; or
a person included in a class of persons approved under subsection (2).
APRA may, by legislative instrument, approve a class of persons for the purposes of subparagraph (1)(b)(ii).
A delegate must, on the request of a person in relation to whom the delegated powers are exercisable or of a person affected by the exercise of those powers, produce the instrument of delegation, or a copy of the instrument, for inspection.
