62ZC Application by APRA for instructions to judicial manager
(1)
APRA may apply to the Federal Court for an order that the Court give instructions to the judicial manager relating to the conduct of the judicial management of a general insurer.
(2)
The judicial manager is entitled to be heard on the application.
