62ZT APRA may request information from liquidator
APRA may request a liquidator of an entity covered by subsection 62ZR(4) in writing to give APRA, within a reasonable time specified in the request, specified information in writing about:
the winding‑up of the entity (whether the winding‑up occurs as a result of an application made under the Corporations Act 2001 or by APRA under Division 3 of this Part) and the other affairs of the general insurer; or
the proposed winding‑up of the entity (whether the winding‑up will occur as a result of an application made, or proposed to be made, under the Corporations Act 2001 or by APRA under Division 3 of this Part) and the other affairs of the general insurer.
The liquidator must comply with the request.
Action may be taken under the Corporations Act 2001 against a liquidator who does not comply with such a request.
