APRA’s functions include:
(a)
meeting entitlements under Division 3; and
(b)
preparing, and assisting the Minister to prepare, for the application of that Division in relation to general insurers; and
(c)
meeting APRA’s other obligations under this Part and the regulations made for the purposes of this Part.
