Offences

In force

A person must not, with intent to defeat the purposes of this Division or with intent to delay or obstruct the carrying out of an investigation under this Division:

(a)

conceal, destroy, mutilate or alter a book relating to the affairs of a trust fund the affairs of which are being investigated under this Division; or

(b)

send, cause to be sent, or conspire with another person to send, out of Australia a book or any money or property belonging to or under the control of the trustee of such a trust fund.

Penalty: Imprisonment for 6 months.
