Part 4Subcommittees
24 Term of office
(1)
A member of a subcommittee holds office during the pleasure of the Committee.
(2)
A member of a subcommittee ceases to hold office if:
(a)
the person ceases to be a member of the Committee; or
(b)
the person resigns the office.
(3)
A member of a subcommittee may resign his or her office by giving a signed notice of resignation to the Chair of the Committee.
