14 Requirements of applications
(1)
An application under this Division:
(a)
must be in writing; and
(b)
must be delivered at the address specified in the regulations as the Commission’s address for receiving applications; and
(c)
must be so delivered within the period referred to in paragraph 12(2)(b).
(3)
The Commission may reject an application without considering it further if it does not comply with subsection (1).
