32 Representation

(1)

If a party to the proceedings is a body corporate, the party may be represented at the hearing by an employee or an officer of the body corporate or, if the Commission permits, by another person.

(2)

A party to the proceedings (other than a party referred to in subsection (1)) may, if the Commission permits, be represented at the hearing by another person.
