18 Surrender warrants

(1)

Subject to section 19, if the Attorney‑General determines that the person is to be surrendered to the Tribunal, the Attorney‑General must issue a warrant for the surrender of the person to the Tribunal.

(2)

The surrender warrant must be in writing in the statutory form.
