2A Interpretation
In this Act, unless the contrary intention appears:
Act does not include an enactment.
enactment has the same meaning as in the Australian Capital Territory (Self‑Government) Act 1988.
Ordinance means an Ordinance made under this Act.
Territory means the Jervis Bay Territory.
