77J Amendment
(1)
At any stage of a proceeding before the High Court, the Court may, on such terms as are just, make such amendment as it thinks necessary to correct any defect or error in the proceeding.
(2)
All necessary amendments shall be made for the purpose of determining the real questions in controversy or otherwise depending on the proceedings.
