102 Person may accept or reject Minister’s offer of compensation
Where a notice under subsection 98(1) or 101A(1), (2) or (3) is given to a person, the person may, by written notice given to the Minister:
(a)
accept the offer of compensation; or
(b)
reject the offer of compensation and:
(i)
inform the Minister of the amount of compensation to which the person considers he or she is entitled; and
(ii)
explain to the Minister how that amount was arrived at.
