13 Obligations in relation to exercise of powers

An authorised person exercising powers under this Part shall:

(a)

take all reasonable steps to ensure that the exercise of the powers causes as little detriment and inconvenience, and does as little damage, as is practicable to the land and to anything on, or growing or living on, the land;

(b)

remain on the land only for such period as is reasonably necessary;

(c)

remove from the land at the end of the occupation all plant, machinery, equipment, goods or structures brought onto, or erected on, the land other than any of those things that the owner or occupier agrees may be left on the land; and

(d)

leave the land, as nearly as practicable, in the condition in which it was immediately before it was occupied.
