29 Application of Administrative Review Tribunal Act to applications for review
(1)
Subject to subsection (2), the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024 applies in relation to an application to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of a pre‑acquisition declaration.
(2)
Sections 17, 32, 54 and 105 of that Act do not apply in relation to such an application.
