63 Crown land
Where the interest of a State or Territory in Crown land of the State or Territory is acquired by compulsory process, the State or Territory is entitled to compensation as if:
(a)
it had been the proprietor of an estate in fee simple in the land or of any relevant lesser interest in the land, as the case requires; and
(b)
that estate or interest had been subject to any interest which a person other than the State or Territory had in the land immediately before the acquisition.
