One community radio broadcasting service is to be available in the area described at Attachment 5.1 to this plan with the use of the broadcasting services bands. The characteristics, including technical specification, of the service that is to be available in the area described at Attachment 5.1 is set out in Schedule Five and Attachment 5.2 to this plan.
