100QA Cancelling for failure to provide statement of compliance
If:
(a)
an offshore security plan for an offshore industry participant is in force; and
(b)
the participant fails to give the Secretary a statement of compliance for the plan in accordance with section 100TA;
the Secretary may, by written notice given to the participant, cancel the approval of the plan.
