39AA Deputy Registrars of Marriage Celebrants
(1)
There are to be such number of positions of Deputy Registrar of Marriage Celebrants occupied (on an acting, permanent, full‑time or part‑time basis) by APS employees in the Department as the Registrar of Marriage Celebrants from time to time determines.
(2)
A Deputy Registrar of Marriage Celebrants may perform a function, or exercise a power, that has been delegated to the Deputy Registrar by the Registrar of Marriage Celebrants under subsection 39A(4).
