39DC Identification as a religious marriage celebrant

The Registrar of Marriage Celebrants must identify a person as a religious marriage celebrant on the register of marriage celebrants if:

(a)

the person has given the Registrar notice in accordance with section 39DB that the person wishes to be identified as a religious marriage celebrant on the register; and

(b)

the person is entitled to be identified as a religious marriage celebrant on the register.
