64 Searches and certified copies
A person may search the register if:
the person satisfies the Registrar that the person has a good reason for searching the register; and
the person has paid any fee prescribed by the regulations for the purposes of this paragraph.
After searching the register for an entry, the person may be given:
a certified copy of the entry or extract of the entry; or
if the Registrar finds that there is no such entry in the register—a certificate stating that fact.
A certified copy mentioned in paragraph (2)(a) or a certificate mentioned in paragraph (2)(b):
must be certified by the Registrar by signed writing and under seal; and
is prima facie evidence of the facts stated in the copy or certificate.
