34ZZA Allied health high cost claim threshold
(1)
The allied health high cost claim threshold is:
(a)
$2 million; or
(b)
such other amount as is specified in the rules.
(2)
Rules that specify an amount for the purposes of paragraph (1)(b) that increases the allied health high cost claim threshold at the time the rules are registered on the Federal Register of Legislation must not commence earlier than 12 months after the day on which the rules are so registered.
