16 Limitation on total annual debits from the Medical Research Future Fund Special Account
(1)
The total amount debited from the Medical Research Future Fund Special Account in a financial year must not be more than the maximum annual distribution determined under section 34 for the year.
(2)
An amount must not be debited from the Medical Research Future Fund Special Account before 1 July 2015.
