32B Australian Medical Research Advisory Board
(1)
The Australian Medical Research Advisory Board is established.
(2)
The Health Minister may give the Advisory Board written directions as to:
(a)
the way in which the Advisory Board is to carry out its functions; and
(b)
procedures to be followed in relation to meetings.
(3)
A direction under subsection (2) is not a legislative instrument.
