32K Disclosure of interests
This section applies to a member of the Advisory Board who has a material personal interest in a matter being considered, or about to be considered, by the Advisory Board.
The member must, as soon as possible after the relevant facts have come to the member’s knowledge:
disclose the nature of the interest at a meeting of the Advisory Board; and
disclose the nature of the interest to the Health Minister.
A disclosure under paragraph (2)(a) must be recorded in the minutes of the meeting.
The Health Minister must terminate the appointment of a member of the Advisory Board appointed under subsection 32G(1) if the member fails, without reasonable excuse, to comply with subsection (2) of this section.
Subsection (4) does not limit section 32N.
