48 Additional financial assets
An asset is taken to be an investment of the Medical Research Future Fund if the Future Fund Board becomes the holder of the financial asset as a result of:
(a)
the Board’s holding of an investment of the Fund; or
(b)
the exercise of any rights or powers conferred on the Board in its capacity as the holder of an investment of the Fund.
