60 Delegation by the Finance Minister
The Finance Minister may, by writing, delegate any or all of his or her powers under section 15, 20, 25 or 29 to:
the Secretary of the Finance Department; or
an SES employee, or acting SES employee, in the Finance Department.
The expressions SES employee and acting SES employee are defined in section 2B of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901.
The Finance Minister may, by writing, delegate any or all of his or her powers under section 32 to:
the Secretary of the Finance Department; or
an SES employee, or acting SES employee, in the Finance Department; or
the Chair (within the meaning of section 5 of the Future Fund Act 2006); or
an SES employee, or acting SES employee, in the Agency.
The expressions SES employee and acting SES employee are defined in section 2B of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901.
In exercising powers under a delegation under subsection (1), the delegate must comply with any directions of the Finance Minister.
