5.32A Work performed by unlawful non‑citizen in detention centre
For subsection 235(6) of the Act, the circumstance is that the work:
(a)
is performed by an unlawful non‑citizen who is detained in a detention centre established under the Act; and
(b)
is allocated to the unlawful non‑citizen, at the non‑citizen’s request, by an officer at the detention centre.
