The fee payable to a non‑corporate Commonwealth entity within the meaning of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 for:

an application for assessment, for the purposes of the Act, of a person’s occupational qualifications or experience (or both); and

an application for assessment, for the purposes of the Act, of a person’s educational qualifications; and

an application for internal review of an assessment;

Subject to subregulation (3), if, on an internal review of an assessment, a review authority decides in favour of the applicant, the fee paid for the internal review is to be refunded.

A fee paid for an internal review is not to be refunded if the applicant provided evidence for the purposes of the review that was not provided for the purposes of the application for assessment.
