380DA Appointment of Councillors
(1)
The Councillors are to be appointed by the Minister by written instrument.
Note:
A Councillor may be reappointed (see section 33AA of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901).
(2)
The Minister must appoint one of the Councillors to be the Convener.
