439 Regulations may modify effect of Chapter 2 and Parts 3 and 4 of Chapter 4
(1)
The regulations may provide for how Chapter 2 and Parts 3 and 4 of Chapter 4 apply in respect of cadets and declared members.
(2)
Without limiting the generality of subsection (1), the regulations may provide that Chapter 2 and Parts 3 and 4 of Chapter 4 apply with specified modifications.
