74 Amount of compensation
The maximum weekly amount of compensation payable to a person under this Part (including additional compensation under section 71) is $233.07.
The amount of $233.07 is indexed under section 404.
The Commission must, as soon as practicable after the Commonwealth becomes liable to pay compensation under section 68 or 71 to a person for an impairment resulting from one or more service injuries or diseases:
assess the effect of the injuries or diseases on the person’s lifestyle; and
determine the weekly amount of compensation to which the person is entitled under that section.
