16 Mutual recognition—equivalent occupations

The mutual recognition principle as applying to occupations that are equivalent is as set out in this Part.
Note:
Part 3A provides for mutual recognition of activities covered by occupations.
(2)
This Part deals with the ability of a person who is registered for an occupation in a State (the first State) to carry on an equivalent occupation in another State (the second State).
