When a healthcare provider organisation is eligible for registration

Current

A healthcare provider organisation is eligible for registration if:

(a)

the healthcare provider organisation is an identified healthcare provider organisation within the meaning of the Healthcare Identifiers Act 2010; and

(b)

the healthcare provider organisation complies with such requirements as are specified in the My Health Records Rules.
