67 Collection, use and disclosure by a healthcare recipient
A healthcare recipient is authorised to collect, use and disclose, for any purpose, health information included in his or her My Health Record.
Note:
The information the healthcare recipient can collect through the My Health Record system after cancellation of the healthcare recipient’s registration on request may be limited because of the retention and destruction requirements under section 17.
