14G Obstruction or hindrance of authorised inspectors
(1)
A person must not obstruct or hinder an authorised inspector who is performing functions or exercising powers under this Act.
Strict liability offence
(2)
A person commits an offence of strict liability if the person contravenes subsection (1).
Penalty: 30 penalty units.
