38 Advisory committees
(1)
The General Manager may, in writing, establish advisory committees to assist with the performance of the NBA’s functions.
(2)
An advisory committee consists of such persons as the General Manager appoints to the committee.
(3)
The General Manager may give an advisory committee written directions as to:
(a)
the way in which the committee is to carry out its task; and
(b)
procedures to be followed in relation to its meetings.
