Part 3National Commission for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Children and Young People
35 Staff
(1)
The staff of the National Commission must be persons engaged under the Public Service Act 1999.
(2)
For the purposes of the Public Service Act 1999:
(a)
the National Commissioner and the staff of the National Commission together constitute a Statutory Agency; and
(b)
the National Commissioner is the Head of that Statutory Agency.
