133CZ Offence relating to giving notice if credit reporting body later complies with information security requirements
A person commits an offence if:
(a)
the person is subject to a requirement under section 133CT or 133CW; and
(b)
the person engages in conduct; and
(c)
the conduct contravenes the requirement.
Criminal penalty: 100 penalty units.
