315 Place and time for production of books
A provision of this Chapter that empowers a person to require the production of books at a place and time specified by the person is taken:
(a)
to require the person to specify a place and time that are reasonable in all the circumstances; and
(b)
if it is reasonable in all the circumstances for the person to require the books to be produced forthwith—to empower the person to require the books to be produced forthwith.
