5 Status
The Honourable Donald Gerard Stewart shall:
(a)
during the period of his service in the office of Chairman of the National Crime Authority;
(aa)
during the period of his service in the office of Chairperson of the Resource Assessment Commission; and
(b)
during any period of service by him in another full‑time office under the Commonwealth that is declared by the Governor‑General by notice published in the Gazette to be an office to which this section applies;
have the same designation, rank, status and precedence as a Judge of the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory.
