113 Compensation payer’s or insurer’s payment to Agency discharges liability to participant
Payment to the Agency of an amount that a compensation payer is liable to pay under section 111 in relation to a participant operates, to the extent of the payment, as a discharge of:
the compensation payer’s liability to pay compensation to the participant; and
the participant’s liability to pay the Agency.
Payment to the Agency of an amount that an insurer is liable to pay under section 111 in relation to a participant operates, to the extent of the payment, as a discharge of:
the insurer’s liability to the compensation payer; and
the compensation payer’s liability to pay compensation to the participant; and
the participant’s liability to pay the Agency.
